  I feel in a sense they are unaware of what they are actually doing.
  
  When I have tire issues, I do go there frequently because it's conveniently located on my way home from work. Every time I'm there and it's something more serious rather than a slow leak in my tire, they fail to explain the issues to me, and just tell me the price and the parts they need to order.
  
  They also fail to tell me when my vehicle is unsafe to drive- which I learned the hard way.
